We Offer:

• A clean, dual-control car that is insured, taxed, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Full-hour lesson and pickup from a location mutually agreed upon, such as the home.
• For the instructor’s benefit, we do not require two-hour classes. Two hours can be too much time to focus. We’ll give you 1,1½ or 2 hours, depending on what works best for you.
• Weekends and evening lessons are free of charge.
• Guidance on how to pass a theory exam the first time.
• Advice for passing a driving test on your first try, including practice exams and an above-average pass rate .
• A certificate attesting to passing the driving test is offered.
• Passplus is registered to enhance driving abilities beyond test-standard.
• Motorway instruction.
• Refresher driving lessons are customized for each individual. There will be no other students in the vehicle at any point.
• A notification of 24 hours is required for lesson cancellations by either the student or the instructor. If this notice is not provided, a valid claim for compensation of equivalent value will be enforced.

Please be aware that no refunds will be issued once lessons are completed.

TRAINEE INSTRUCTOR

A Trainee Instructor who has partially completed their examinations can request a temporary licence to teach. This licence lasts a maximum of 6 months and is visible on the training vehicle with a pink triangle. It is intended to provide the Trainee with practical experience needed to finalize their qualification before becoming an Approved Driving Instructor.

ROAD SAFETY

We maintain the right to withdraw the training vehicle for the driving test without prior notice if the candidate appears unprepared and poses a risk to public safety.

POSTPONEMENTS

We are not liable for any lesson cancellations resulting from illness or mechanical issues, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.

We cannot be held accountable for any indirect losses resulting from an unsuccessful test.

IF ALL GOES WRONG

Our goal is to provide the highest quality service; however, if we make a mistake, please inform us. Any complaints will be handled fairly and kept confidential.

RAFFLE PRIZES

We have begun providing driving lessons as part of certain local raffles.

Winners must redeem their prizes within a year. Prizes are not eligible for refunds or cash exchanges. Prizes are only valid in the regions we serve. Winners must be a minimum of 17 years old and possess their own provisional driving licence.

PREPAID HOURS

Prepaid hours are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
